As a Business Analyst, I lead the Digital Transformation project of our company in order to improve efficiency and add value by harmonising, simplifying and automating our enterprise IT systems.
What makes your job unique?
Both roles give me the opportunities to talk to many people in all parts of Telespazio. I enjoy the open exchange of ideas and a deep insight into how the company works and how all the bits and pieces fit together (or sometimes not).
What do you perceive as a strength of Telespazio?
First of all, we have wonderful people at Telespazio with a large variety of nationalities and cultural backgrounds. This creates an exciting and stimulating work environment.
We have a very stable financial environment at Telespazio which provides significant security for employees in times of crises.
What has been your highlight at Telespazio so far?
When I started as a software engineer at Telespazio, I was a member of the software support team for a satellite mission, supporting the preparation for the launch of the satellite. Seeing that it all worked out fine and the joint excitement in the control room was great. These are pictures you usually only see in movies and I was really a part of it!
