EASE-Rise Expands Deployment Choice With A Cloud-agnostic Architecture

21 September 2026

Infrastructure flexibility is critical to mission success. EASE-Rise now delivers this with complete deployment freedom: on-premises, in any cloud, or air-gapped environments, giving satellite operators greater control over their operational infrastructure and data.

Telespazio Germany has introduced a Kubernetes-based deployment architecture for EASE-Rise, significantly expanding the platform’s flexibility and portability across different customer environments. Customers can now deploy and operate the complete platform on their own infrastructure, eliminating dependence on external cloud providers.

Your mission. Your infrastructure.

Infrastructure choice is an increasingly important part of the mission architecture. That's why the mission operations platform can now be deployed on-premises, in public or private clouds, and within air-gapped environments, giving satellite operators greater control over their operational infrastructure and data.

The new deployment capability extends to the complete, integrated EASE-Rise platform. Mission control, planning, automation and the interfaces connecting supporting ground-segment systems can be brought together within the customer’s selected infrastructure.

One environment for integrated mission operations

Commercial operators need the flexibility to adapt their infrastructure as missions grow, while institutional and sovereignty-sensitive programs require greater control over system access, data residency and operational continuity. This milestone opens new opportunities and removes vendor lock-in constraints, enabling deployment wherever your infrastructure and compliance requirements demand.

The deployment flexibility allows customers to align deployment with their own security, governance, regulatory and operational requirements. It also provides a consistent foundation for applying access control, isolation and monitoring policies in accordance with the customer’s infrastructure and standards.

This allows mission teams to retain a coherent operational environment while integrating the external systems, tools and services required for their mission. This provides a flexible foundation for mission operations across different mission scales and customer environments

Greater control over deployment and operation

The cloud-agnostic architecture strengthens the central promise of EASE-Rise: to simplify mission operations without tying customers to a single cloud provider or deployment model.

EASE-Rise can be deployed within customer-controlled infrastructure and operated by the customer’s own team. Telespazio Germany supports deployment, configuration, integration, training, and knowledge transfer according to the needs of each mission.

This customer autonomy is backed by proven platform and Telespazio Germany’s experience in spacecraft operations and ground-segment engineering.
