Europe has reached a major milestone with the successful launch of Meteosat Third Generation Sounder 1 (MTG-S1).

Pablo has been a key member of the Sentinel-2 team at ESA, serving as Spacecraft Operations Engineer for Sentinel-2A, 2B, and 2C, with responsibility for the AOCS, orbit control, and collision avoidance manoeuvres. He led the System Validation Tests on Sentinel-2C, including GNSS testing, and has coordinated the Sentinel-2 Flight Control Team since 2021, while also supporting training on TCS and the Optical Communications Payload.

ESA’ Biomass mission just launched from Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana, carried in the Vega-C rocket.
