Who You Are

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Event Manager to be part of an extremely international, motivated and flexible team that engages with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis. Ideally, you have been instrumental in helping to bring technical products to market, as well as positioning innovative solutions to generate leads. You also have several years of experience managing global events and measuring their ROI towards given business goals.

What You Will Focus on

  • Global event management: You will manage and oversee Telespazio Germany events from conception to delivery (online, offline and hybrid!), working in close cooperation on the approach and strategy with the local Marketing & Communications Manager as well as with our Italian HQ for stand designs and schedules. You will also play a key role in the yearly event planning and budgeting incl. the implementation and reporting of relevant KPI’s.
  • Effective communication and marketing: You will develop and drive B2B marketing initiatives to support company goals, identifying the right channels, messaging and formats for each customer segment.
  • Powerful content: In collaboration with the sales and technical teams, you will help create new collateral, infographics, blog posts, email campaigns, web copy, newsletters, articles, white papers, and other content that nurtures current and future client relationships.
  • Strong liaison with stakeholders: You will collaborate closely with external agency partners, vendors, global stakeholders as well as internal cross functional teams to develop positioning and messaging that differentiate our solutions in the market.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in marketing/event management
  • Proven experience creating international B2B marketing campaigns and marketing plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Team player with flexible attitude to responsibilities and changing priorities
  • Proven record of planning, managing and executing global events for multinational audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Drive, persistence and tenacity, and a 'can-do' attitude

The Icing on the Cake

  • Familiarity with the aerospace domain or another engineering /technical sector.
  • Experience with Wordpress or other CMS systems, CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance marketing tools (SEA, SMM, SEO)
