Are you interested in one of our vacancies and meet the requirements for it? Are you also looking for a new challenge and have we piqued your interest? Then we would like to meet you.

The easiest way to apply is through our website.

Select the vacancy for which you would like to apply for, fill in the form underneath it, upload your documents and submit your application.

So what should you include in your application and what would we like to know about you?

  • Send us your application documents, i.e. your cover letter, resume and certificates, in English. If we need them in German, then we will tell you this explicitly in the job advertisement.
  • Please answer the following questions in your cover letter:
    • Why Telespazio?
    • Why you?
    • What is the earliest date that you can or want to start with us? What notice do you have to give to your present employer?
    • What is your expected salary?
  • Please make sure your attachments do not exceed 2 MB per file.

Yes, you can also do that if there is no vacancy currently being advertised that suits you. Please send your unsolicited application, including resume and relevant certificates, in English using our application portal. Please use your cover letter to explain the area where you think you are strongest, why you are applying with us and how you would like to develop yourself. It would also interest us to know what salary expectations you have and what date you could start or what notice you have to give your current employer.

Almost anyone can apply. However, one requirement for employment is that you are already or will be allowed to access the German labour market in accordance with the Aufenthaltsgesetz (AufenthG, ‘Residence Act’). If that is possible then we will of course be happy to assist you in obtaining a work permit.

Due to the nature of our business all future employees must go through a thorough reference and identity check.

A security check is also required for most vacancies advertised by us (a check for people who will be entrusted with sensitive duties). Applicants from countries listed on the BMI country list (i.e. the list maintained by the Federal Ministry of the Interior for the purposes of SÜG [Security Vetting Act] Section 13(1)(17)) unfortunately cannot be considered for such positions.

Telespazio Germany GmbH only offers a very limited number of student employment options. The reason for this is that the majority of our employees work directly with our clients on location, which therefore means that we cannot ensure sufficient support for student employees.

Opportunities for students will be posted on our career page. Unsolicited student applications are not welcome at this moment.

We will carefully assess your application documents after we receive them. This can take some time so please be patient. In any case you will receive a response from us. In the best case scenario, we would want to meet you and get in touch with you to arrange an interview and give your more information about the next steps.

If you have a profile that is appealing for us yet we do not have a suitable position for you, we would very much like to save your application documents in our database for 24 months so that we can contact you if the opportunity arises. We would only do this with your written permission. We will delete your profile from our database by no later than two years after receiving it on account of privacy law regulations unless you have given us your written consent for continued storage of your data beforehand.

If your profile meets our requirements, we will invite you to an initial interview. Depending on where you live, this interview can take place via Skype or telephone or even as a physical conversation in person. Another interview with additional technical experts may follow afterwards. If you convince us, you will then have an interview with the relevant client or receive an offer for an employment contract directly, depending on the position.

Please note that the selection process for each position can vary slightly and the requirements for each position may be modified accordingly.

Depending on where you live, we will help you sort out your travel. We will advise you individually.

We will of course refund you the costs incurred as part of your travelling to your interview. The travel cost refund form, which you can use as a basis for planning your journey and which we will use as a basis for the subsequent refund, can be found here (LINK to document).

If you have questions please speak with the HR business partner currently in contact with you. Some costs, such as flights, will usually be covered by Telespazio directly, while other costs you may have to initially pay for yourself.

In order to process the refund, we need you to sign and submit this form (original copy)  and to submit all original receipts. Copies or scans of receipts cannot be accepted. It usually takes two to three weeks to process payments after receiving all documents required. If you notice that it is taking us a bit longer, please get in touch with us.

Congratulations and welcome to Telespazio!

We are delighted to greet you as a new member of our team.

If you receive the position, you will receive our contract of employment and our welcome email. The latter contains an overview of the documents we need for our payroll and in order to comply with internal compliance regulations as well as an overview of a variety of information that will help you as you commence work at Telespazio.

There is a lot to think about, remember and do, especially if you come from abroad and are moving to Germany for the first time. We will be there the entire time to support and assist you during your move and the onboarding process. Do you have any questions, not quite understand something or have a special problem that needs solving? Then we are the perfect people to speak to and are happy to help you.

We look forward to getting to know you!
